Job description
Investigo is delighted to be working with a globally established company for the role of a Workday UK Payroll Manager. This business is know for its relationship with its people and the benefits and freedom that come with that.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the welfare and career development of functional consultants within your practice area. People Management of a team of 3-5
- Is the Workday Partner Product Lead for their specialist area (where a corresponding Workday Product Lead role exists) Stays abreast of the Workday Roadmap and can assess future changes and the impact on both delivery and Sales Owns the knowledge transfer and impact assessment as a result of each Workday release and service updates impacting the functional area
- 4+ years experince with Workday UK Payroll
- Keeping in touch with the overall company objectives, with the guidance of the Practice Area Lead ensure that the Functional Area is operating to meet those objectives in terms of revenue and growth
- Working closely with the Practice Area Lead to identify hiring needs not just in terms of headcount but also skillset level and location, keeping costs in mind.
- Understand the broader CDS services; AMS, Change Management, Testing Services, Business Readiness and so forth, and how they influence and help shape the methodology
The Role is a senior position working for a Functional Practice Lead; primarily operating at a tactical level. The focus of the role is to help the Practice Area Lead deliver on their strategic objectives ensuring they are delivered to timelines, as well as the day to day operation of the functional area.
