Job description

  • Collaborate with the sales team to acquire customer and market insights to assist in executing all professional rate renegotiations
  • Execute all rate renegotiations by adjusting pricing to optimise revenue with the aim to exceed minimum profitability and key KPIs set out in the top level strategy and service line objectives
  • Ensure all rate renegotiations are aligned to segment standards and tracked regularly
  • Coordinate the alignment of activities across departments (Corporate Sales, Sales Support, Controlling and Marketing) and continually apply revenue management practices to improve business profitability
  • Bi-annual review of Professional segment standards for ancillary pricing and SLA's
  • Analyse and implement strategic yielding activity to optimise revenue by channel, duration, fleet and customer mix within a predefined best practice framework
  • Ensure that forecasted volume, RPD and revenue is achieved in line with availability
  • Participate as a key stakeholder in wider projects for pricing related topics
  • Control the governance and auditing of any system data (product / contracts) containing rates or pricing
  • Deliver future RCM developments of pricing processes, tools and systems
  • Support the wider business with any pricing and data queries
  • Recommend and implement changes to current processes to improve efficiency
