When Investigo started back in 2003, we were just a handful of people recruiting accountancy and finance jobs in London. How things have changed.
Through credit crunches and global pandemics, through ups and downs and everything in between, we’ve managed to keep on growing. But we’ve never lost that sense of who we are. We’ve stayed authentic, down-to-earth, and on a level. We’re unashamedly true to ourselves and those we work with.
We now have a team with over 300 people across London, Guildford, Milton Keynes, St Albans, Birmingham, New York, Philadelphia and San Diego, covering over 20 recruitment specialisms. With organisations’ needs and jobseekers’ expectations constantly evolving in an unpredictable world, we have no plans to stop there. Who knows what we could be recruiting 10 years from now?
At Investigo we don’t see ourselves purely as recruiters. We prefer to think of ourselves as a long term recruitment partner guiding you through your career – whether you’re the hire or the hirer.
We don’t believe in pushing someone into a role for the sake of a quick placement. We get to know people in and out. What do they care about? Where are they now? Where do they want to go? After all, today’s candidates are tomorrow’s clients. That’s why a lot of our business is repeat business.
