P2P Change Manager
9 Months contract initially (Outside IR35)
Hybrid - irregular travel into the office
Job Overview:
Investigo are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procure to Pay Change Manager to assist our client with process improvement. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end change management process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for P2P initiatives to maximise user adoption and minimise resistance.
- Lead and guide cross-functional teams through change initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including but not limited to procurement, finance, IT, and end-users, to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for P2P changes.
- Create and deliver effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about upcoming changes, progress, and benefits.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that end-users are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new P2P processes.
- Identify potential risks and resistance to change; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of changes, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful implementation.
- Work closely with process owners and subject matter experts to identify opportunities for process optimisation within the P2P life cycle.
- Drive the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new P2P technologies seamlessly into existing systems.
- Ensure that technology changes align with organisational goals and user requirements.
Experience:
- Proven experience in change management, particularly in the context of P2P processes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
- Familiarity with P2P technologies, procurement, and finance processes.
