Infrastructure Engineer - £400PD - Inside IR35

I am currently working with a leader in the medical diagnostics space who are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to support their server and network environment ensuring a quality service delivery ensuring quality standards and key performance indicators are met. This role would require 3-4 days on site per week in Basildon.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Server and Network environment
• Assist in maintaining Cyber Security footprint
• 3rd Line hands on support
• Support Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10, Server 2008 to 2022).
• Monitor and update allocated jobs within the ITSM system - ensure users are kept informed on long running calls. Ensure that all assigned calls are updated by the end of the working day.
• Undertake support and project work at remote sites as required.
• Perform Daily Operational checks and tasks and transferring to other teams within IT where necessary
