Transformation Project Manager (Outside IR35)

Rate: £500 - £600 per day

A leading Utilities company in the North West of England is seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager for a 6-month contract role. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with experience working on large, complex programmes of work.

Key Details:

• On-site presence required 3 days per week (NW England)
• Remote work available for the remaining 2 days

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage transformation projects - this role will involve supporting us with our order to cash processes (meter to cash), working with a variety of systems including our billing system (D365) and our CRM System (Salesforce)
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones within large-scale programmes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management
• Drive process improvements and optimisation in the Order to Cash cycle

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Transformation Project Manager in large, complex programmes
• Extensive knowledge of Order to Cash processes within the Utilities sector and best practices
• Strong understanding of business transformation principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment

Desired Experience:

• Familiarity with D365 F&O, Salesforce, and utilities industry billing systems
• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, MSP)
