Training Delivery Lead

We are seeking a Training Delivery Lead to oversee and deliver training for the new UKG Time and Attendance (T&A) system. This is a global role that requires someone with a solid background in training and development, as well as experience in creating and deploying training programs. While experience with UKG (or Kronos) is an advantage, the primary responsibility is to design and deliver effective training materials and sessions for end-users, ensuring a seamless transition to the new system. The role will also involve writing the training plan and executing it across multiple regions.
