Amelia SME - £475PD - Inside IR35 - Remote - SC Cleared

A large multinational consultancy client of mine are looking for an SC cleared Amelia SME to work on a project integrating Amelia into Remedy, for a government organisation. You will leverage your expertise in both Amelia AI and ServiceNow Remedy to drive the successful integration of Amelia's AI-powered virtual agent into Remedy, enhancing our IT service management (ITSM) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Amelia Integration: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Amelia's AI capabilities within Remedy, ensuring smooth integration between both platforms.
• Solution Architecture: Collaborate with technical teams to define and implement the optimal solution architecture for integrating Amelia with Remedy.
• Customisation & Configuration: Customise and configure both Amelia AI and Remedy components to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Automation & Workflow Optimisation: Automate workflows, service requests, and incident management processes by integrating Amelia AI into Remedy, driving efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in integrating AI technologies (especially Amelia) with ITSM platforms like Remedy.
• Strong knowledge of Amelia AI and its capabilities, particularly in customer service and IT operations.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow Remedy, ITIL processes, and ITSM best practices.
• Experience with APIs, RESTful services, and integration tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
