Hybrid Working - The client would like someone who is able to go onto site 2/3 days a week (some flexibility)

Overview of key responsibilities:

• You will contribute to defining and refining the platform's vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the clients growth, and quickly onboarding and supporting new customers.
• You will manage and lead a cross-functional development team, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
• You will oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring development aligns with timelines, quality standards, and strategic priorities.
• You will be managing the product backlog and prioritising them based on changing requirements
• You will be monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
• You will be overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development and following product completion, conduct a final review to submit approval before releasing the product to our customers.

Skills we are looking for:

• Strong ServiceNow experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation.
• Strong decision-making abilities, with experience in product idea and backlog management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
• Previous experience working in customer facing products
