Senior Performance Analyst - Power BI - ServiceNow - SC cleared

A major central government organisation is seeking an SC cleared Senior Reporting Specialist to join them on an initial 12-month contract.

Essential:
* A high degree of familiarity and knowledge of MS Excel and the Office suite, including Power BI.
* A working knowledge of reporting functionality within ServiceNow, including basic knowledge of Performance Analytics module.
* Ability to 'dot walk' within ServiceNow native reporting environment, create dashboard and share them with users

* Proactive in gathering, evaluating and analysing information and evidence from a range of sources to support strategic change
* Have an open-minded, scientific, sceptical approach to determining causes of failures and poor performance
* Ability to seamlessly integrate with existing 3rd-party supplier relationships
* Communication skills - effective in gathering reporting requirement and communicating outcomes to technical and non-technical users.

Desirable:
* Understanding of organisational change and business process change
* Insight into best practices around operational exercising and situational testing
* Knowledge of the IT and technology market, particularly key suppliers
