Job description
Investigo are currently working with a company in St Albans who are looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a Temp to Perm Basis.
The role:
The Interim Receptionist will be responsible for:
- Answering the telephone and dealing with calls professionally and effectively
- Managing incoming emails
- Being the first point of contact for queries
- Meeting and greeting visitors and employees and directing them as appropriate
- Managing couriers and post
- Completing administrative duties such as creating purchase orders and arranging payment of invoices
- Maintaining the reception process book
- Ordering of stationary & office supplies
- Oversee logistics of the building, such as car parking, issuing fobs for new employees and deliveries
Profile:
- Proven experience within a similar role
- Confident with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage tasks and requests from different sources
- Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
On offer:
- Hourly rate - £11 to £13 per hour
- 5 days in office
Temp to Perm
