Product Owner

My insurance client is looking for a Digital Product Owner to join their agile transformation team to help them execute their digital distribution across global key markets.

The Role:

• Responsible for large transformation projects for externally facing solutions to increase overall profitability
• Ensuring the agile team deliverables are met
• Achieving product level KPIs
• Sets expectations with stakeholders for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities
• Contributes to program level planning
• Supports the Scrum Master

Experience:

• Salesforce experience is essential
• Digital expertise
• Insurance experience, essential
• Commercial insurance experience, ideal
• Deep technical knowledge and experience of working with digital solutions, ideally within insurance industry
• Ability to understand strategic needs
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
