Payroll Manager - Milton Keynes/Hybrid - Up to £55,000

Must be able to work in the MK Office 3X per week

A leading organisation based in Milton Keynes is seeking a Payroll Manager to join their growing, leading team.

Payroll Manager:

  • CIPP Qualification desirable but by no means essential
  • Will have experience working within a fast paced position within a similar role.
  • Must have supervisory experience leading a medium size team.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience with payroll software and systems; proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
