Network Architect - £700PD - Remote (German Speaker)

I am currently working with a leading global technology consultancy who are looking for a German Speaking Network Architect to join the business on a contract basis. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing their data centre hosting, compute, and storage infrastructure, whilst also working on German documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network solutions for data center hosting, compute, and storage environments.
• Develop and maintain network architecture documentation, including diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
• Ensure the security, performance, and availability of network systems.
• Work closely with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with existing systems and services.
• Provide expert guidance on network best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of data center hosting, compute, and storage solutions.
• Proficiency in network design, implementation, and management.
• Experience with network security principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are a plus.
