Job description

I am working with a Real Estate company, focused on Residential developments. I am partnering with the team to bring in a part-qualified Management Accountant to join their London office.

Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 DOE
Hybrid: 3 days in 2 from home
Location: City of London

Duties include:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts.
  • Conduct variance analysis and present findings to the board.
  • Partner with operational budget holders to support the business.
  • Carry out financial planning and analysis.
  • Handle statutory reporting.

About You:

  • Part-qualified or a finalist in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Have experience with accounting systems and strong proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Bring proven experience in a similar role.
  • Real Estate or Hotel industry experience (strong preference).
