M365 EUC Engineer (1st/2nd Line) - £200PD - Onsite - Braintree

A large established automotive client of mine are currently looking to bring in a M365 Engineer to join the business on a contract basis. You will be supporting day to day 1st and 2nd line support for internal end users across EUC support services & M365. This role requires the individual to be on site 5 days per week in Braintree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting day to day 1st and 2nd line support for internal end users across EUC support services & M365
• Strong customer service and 365 Administration experience
• Good knowledge and experience in supporting Modern Workplace technologies, hardware and applications like Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD.
• M365 Application Expertise: In-depth knowledge of M365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Experience with setting up, managing, and securing M365 accounts, including password resets, multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup, and license assignments.
• Creating standard and guest user accounts and adding users to Distribution Lists, Shared Mailboxes and Azure AD groups
• Creating Distribution Lists, Shared Mailboxes via Exchange Admin centre, Azure.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years + experience in similar roles
• Strong experience across M365 technologies
• 1st/2nd Line support experience
