A leading bank is seeking an experienced Project Director with strong gravitas to lead high-profile real estate projects, including occupier fit-outs and major redevelopment initiatives. This is a strategic, client-facing role requiring both technical expertise and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex real estate projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with executive stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to drive successful project outcomes.
• Manage large-scale occupier and redevelopment projects, balancing technical requirements with strategic business objectives.
• Oversee contractor and supply chain management, ensuring strong commercial oversight and risk mitigation.
• Navigate regulatory requirements and champion sustainability and innovation in project delivery.

• Proven experience as a Project Director within the banking, financial services, or corporate real estate sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction, design, and project management methodologies.
• Significant experience managing contractors, consultants, and complex stakeholder environments.
• Ability to operate at a senior level, demonstrating gravitas, credibility, and exceptional communication skills.
• Track record of delivering high-value, multi-faceted projects with a strategic and solutions-focused approach.
