I am hiring for an Energy Retail business based in the North West of England. My client is embarking on a significant transformation programme which includes the upgrade and replacement of various systems (incl. Salesforce CRM, Billing system etc.) and further regulatory changes in line with the UK Energy Industry. I'm thus looking to speak with seasoned contractors who have direct experience working for a UK Energy Retail client - applicants will have demonstrable experience working on large, complex programmes and will also have a good understanding of the Energy Industry customer journey and the systems involved to support this lifecycle.
