Interim FP&A Manager

Our client, true leaders in their sector are recruiting for an Interim FP&A Manager to join their team for an initial 9-month period. The role will work with the Group FP&A team with responsibility for:

• Production of monthly business performance and briefing material for stakeholders
• Preparing analysis and presentations for budgets, plans and re-forecasts
• Supporting Group HR with bonus and LTIP forecasts and target setting including liaison with Regional FDs
• Ownership of management reporting and analysis of cash flow performance and balance sheet trends across the Group
• Supporting the wider Group Finance Team during year end and interim reporting
• Continuously seeking ways to improve FP&A processes and improve data quality, speed and depth of analysis

The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant with proven FP&A skills ideally having worked at a group level previously. Strong analytical and modelling skills with experience of driving insight through the analysis of cash flow and working capital will also be essential for the role. Business partnering is core to this role therefore demonstrable experience of influencing leadership teams and developing strong working relationships will also be key to being successful.
