Interim FC

Northamptonshire company is looking to appoint an interim Finance Manager to lead the management accounts team which is pivotal in supporting the business to achieve accurate and timely reporting.

The role will be broad and varied and will entail working with and business partnering a number of senior stakeholders within the finance team. This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days a week spent in the office.

Reporting into the Director of Financial Control, this is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to take ownership for day to day finance, whilst also providing financial insight that will inform the strategic direction of the business up to the board level. The role will also be heavily involved in the presentation of financial performance, budgets, forecasts and plans to the commercial director and their leadership team.

You will be responsible for the management of a small team of management accountants and analysts. You will be overseeing & managing the P&L, all stock related accounting as well as the budgeting & forecasting for the business.

This is a 15 month maternity cover commitment to commence ASAP - role is being hired on a fixed term contract basis working directly for the client. the role will suit a seasoned interim professional who is happy to lead, coach a team as well as roll their sleeves up to get into the detail where required.
