  • Do you enjoy being responsible for both the day-to-day maintenance and management of HR systems, whilst also working to continuously improve these HR systems to enhance the wider offering?

If so this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Investigo are proud to be partnering with the University of Bedfordshire on the recruitment of six new opportunities within their redesigned People and Culture function.

As the HR Systems and Data Business Partner, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance and effective use of the University's various HR / Reporting Systems.

This is a brand new function within the People and Culture Team and an exciting opportunity to drive long-term change through the embedded use of data and analytics.

With responsibility for the Systems and Database Advisor, you will ensure the day-to-day maintenance and development of their iTrent system and other HR reporting systems. You will provide data, advice and analysis to add value, and be the first point of contact for any troubleshooting queries. You will proactively work with colleagues across the People and Culture team to enhance their understanding of these systems, suggesting and implementing enhancements, and leading on these digital projects to embed these changes. The purpose of your team is to digitally enable the universities People and Culture services and put technology at the forefront of their approach.

To succeed in this role you will have had experience of managing the day-to-day operational support of various HR systems, whilst also working on strategic projects and the enhancement of reporting. You will be comfortable analysing and manipulating large volumes of data, and reporting on these findings, to enable senior leadership to make data-driven change.

Prior experience working with iTrent and HR reporting systems such as SAP/Oracle is desirable, as is experience operating within large, complex environments.

What's In It For You?

  • Discounts across a range of products and services
