Investigo are currently partnering a global and instantly recognisable household brand on a very crucial piece of recruitment within the Finance team. Our client is need of a Finance Shared Service centre specialist focusing on delivery and process improvement. The business pride them selves on their culture and continue drive to be best in class. You will manage a small team of transformation and improvement analysts and be the main contact between finance and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead finance wide initiatives to ensure smooth running of the overall hub, giving stakeholders a consistent and co-ordinated delivery approach.
  • Manage overall relationship between the finance centre and internal stakeholders, ensuring appropriate communications strategy, providing appropriate reporting, forum for feedback etc.
  • Lead finance centre reporting & systems optimisation; ensuring robustness of current reporting and systems usage, but also expanding these capabilities.
  • Monitor overall compliance with Service Level Agreement
  • Form appropriate reviews/communication methods with each key stakeholder group to ensure appropriate messages are communicated and any resulting actions are managed to completion.
  • Liaise with Head of Finance Systems & Programmes on any issues with IT relating to datahub/reporting capability.
  • Ensure maintenance of current reporting suite and creation of any new capability
  • Project manage any centre scope changes (e.g. new acquisitions) linking in with the appropriate department heads as appropriate.
  • Drive customer service and continuous improvement ethos across your and wider team.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA - 5+ years PQE.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Finance processes.
  • Experience of leading and developing teams (5+ years).
  • Understanding & experience of change management methodologies.
  • A background in a shared service model is preferable, either from working within or working with a SSC.
  • Experience with complex financial systems landscape and data structures.
  • Evidence of building and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
