Finance Director

Investigo are exclusively partnering with an incredible technology/manufacturing business who are at the forefront of their industry's evolution. They are looking for a Finance Director to join during an exciting phase of their growth to partner with the CEO and drive key improvements to support the business through successful development. The 2-year horizon for this role will see the business go through an exponential growth phase and establish partnerships with leaders in their market to maximise revenue growth. The Finance Director will be at the forefront of this development providing strong leadership and ensuring external business partnerships are performing at their full potential. The 5-year plan is ambitious but supported by an incredible product that could transform this sector.

Core responsibilities:

• Monitor and assist in implementation of Business planning, budgeting, and reporting by developing financial, treasury & tax strategies and processes
• Cash flow forecasting and management of working capital
• Financial risk management and insurance
• Product and Pricing to customers
• Manage Finance team in UK and overseas.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external advisers
• Ensure Compliance with tax legislation and tax planning
• Provide strong support to the Group CFO and CEO in key financial decision-making.

Skills/Qualifications/experience:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualification
• Experience as a senior finance leader of manufacturing company (10 years plus).
• Experience of supporting broader business needs (IT, Admin etc)
• Experience of supporting business growth
• Use and Implementation of ERP systems
