Finance Business Partner (Manager)

• Review/analysis of monthly overhead accounting conducted by the Analysts including journal reviews
• Reporting on monthly Global opex spend with meaningful commentary and analysis to explain variances
• Promote and drive increased use of TM1/Power BI for all management reports on opex, ensuring KPI's and key information are supplied to the business
• Develop and maintain monthly rolling forecasts based on run rate analysis
• Quarterly forecasting including submission to Corporate and providing back up analysis and support for the numbers
• SOX reporting requirements relating to overhead and allocation cost centre reconciliations
• Engaging with the Global Function owners to understand the monthly results and consolidate understanding of business area performance
• Preparation of the EMEA monthly finance packs and produce insightful commentary to enable understanding of the results
• Management of monthly risks and opportunities based on run rate analysis and input from discussions and reviews with budget owner
• Identify opportunities for improvements and cost savings and resolve disputes arising from recharges
• Qualified Accountant (ICAEW or CIMA preferable)
• US GAAP experience desirable
• Approx 5 years PQE with 8 years' experience in industry
• Proven experience of managing a team
• Experience of business partnering to Senior Finance Leaders
• Ability to shape, lead and influence Senior Leaders
• Strong analysis, presentation, and communication skills to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Strong excel skills

This role is a 12 month FTC with a world leading commercial real estate and facilities management business.
