Finance Analyst

St. Albans - 1 day office based.

Paying up to £35,000 per annum.

This position is a key business partner that is responsible for financial reporting and providing insightful analysis to drive business performance. This role is crucial in supporting operation teams with reporting, budgeting and forecasting to enhance margins and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Operations and support the commercial team evaluating, setting KPI's and driving success.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting insights.
• Support with forecasting, budgeting and reporting processes.
• Prepare ad-hoc management packs and monthly KPI reports.
• Complete month end tasks whilst adhering to deadlines.
• Take full ownership of P&L lines- Margin & Labour
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations.
• Understanding a range of financial systems to ensure optimal performance.

Key Attributes:

• Part-Qualified, actively studying towards ACCA or CIMA
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work well under pressure
• Software skills- Excel, Dynamics 365 & Power BI
