DDI Network Consultant - £500PD - Inside IR35

I am currently seeking a skilled and experienced DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management) Network Consultant to join a global consultancy client of mine. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and optimizing DDI solutions, supporting network infrastructure, and enhancing network availability and performance. As a key member of the team, you will work with various stakeholders to provide high-quality technical guidance and implement cutting-edge DDI solutions up to Architect level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation and support for DDI solutions, including DNS, DHCP, and IP address management.
• Design, implement, and manage DDI architecture for clients in a variety of industries.
• Optimize and troubleshoot DDI systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DDI solutions with existing network infrastructure.
• Perform regular system audits and maintain compliance with security policies and industry standards.
• Provide training and documentation for internal teams and end-users on DDI best practices.
• Assist with network troubleshooting, fault isolation, and resolution as part of the incident management process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (DDI) technologies.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, architectures, and troubleshooting methods.
• Hands-on experience with DDI platforms (e.g., Infoblox, BlueCat, or Microsoft IPAM).
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
• Experience with IP addressing schemes, subnetting, and network design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
