Investigo are pleased to be partnering with an instantly recognisable brand with their search for a D365 Technical Project Manager. This role will play an integral part of their Dynamics 365 implementation programme, leading on a number of technical activities across the project.

Having recently completed the RFP process, recently selecting a systems integration partner, this role will really be an end-to-end implementation assignment.

Scope of work

• Working closely with the selected SI and SME teams to add detail to the design
• Approve all Technical Design Documents
• Presenting key decisions / risks as part of Status Reporting
• Acting as a main point of contact for the SI, holding them accountable to SLA's agreed
• Design an error handling approach for the programme progress
• Facilitate any (API) connections
• Prepare SIT Plan
• Own SSO options and process
• Approve all Technical Design Documents
• Presenting key decisions / risks as part of Status Reporting
• Execute Security based testing (e.g. firewalls, APIs, Pen Testing)
• Oversee UAT and SIT for integrations
• Prepare for go-live
