BI Data Reporting Analyst - Asset Management - London - £500 p/day (Umbrella

Investigo are supporting the hire of BI / Data Reporting Analyst, with Power BI skills & Investment knowledge, to join the reporting team of an established Asset Management organisation.

• Location: London (City) very flex. 1-2 days p/week on site
• Rate: £500 p/day (Inside IR35, via Umbrella)
• Duration: 12 months (6 months initial contract to extend)
• Start: ASAP (Can wait 4-6 weeks notice, etc.)

The Role:

• Leveraging SQL Server data-hub to create reports through Power BI and Excel (using Power Query)
• Assist with various Change and Onboarding projects, focusing on the production and delivery of Management Information in an automated environment
• Providing solutions to meet the ever evolving client requirements around MI
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly MI reporting and Annual reporting for all clients including head office reporting
• Preparation of the Performance Reporting

Required Experience:

• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong knowledge of Power BI (paginated reporting a bonus)
• Strong SQL - SSRS
• Experience of improving MI processes
• Strong understanding of investment instruments across multiple asset classes (especially Fixed Income)
• Strong understanding of data management best practice, data governance and quality assurance
• Focus on emerging risks, how to identify and mitigate these
• Language M experience (nice to have).
