With an ambitious new University Strategy, user adoption of the system is pivotal to the successful delivery of the People and Finance programme which will change HR and Finance processes, policy and deliver an underpinning constantly evolving system.
The role will require the design and delivery of the change management plan outlining the communications, training, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, organisational readiness, resistance management, and change adoption around the new ERP system.
The principles, methodology and approach that will be taken across the delivery of the Programme will be created in collaboration with the supplier Oracle.
The Change Manager will work closely with colleagues with a specific focus working either with the academic or professional services community to ensure the effective delivery of the change plan, assuring integration with our project management lifecycle.
