Associate HR Business Partner

12 Month FTC

£55 - 65K per annum

London Bridge - Hybrid, 1/2 days onsite a week.

We're working exclusively with a key client of ours in the the Banking/Technology arena, that have been through an exciting period of growth over the last 2 years, making one of the top 15 fastest growing tech companies in the UK! Like any organisation, this wouldn't be possible with it's people, and thus the HR team are looking for a driven, innovative HR generalist to further bolster their offering to the business.

As an Associate HR Business Partner, you will work as part of a small team of HR Business Partners, supporting across both strategic HR projects and the full employee lifecycle, including;

  • employee relations and hr advisory
  • development and implementation of people plans, learning and development, succession planning
  • recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, pay and reward
  • coaching and supporting line management

To be successful in this role, the ability to work independently, as well as part of a result-focused team, will be crucial. Strong stakeholder management will also be required, as you interact at all levels across the organisation. This dynamic, vibrant team are motivated and enthusiastic in their approach. They are solution focused, pragmatic, able to work to with a certain level of ambiguity, with sometimes changing priorities.
