Workday Talent Consultant

I am currently looking for a Workday Talent Consultant to join my client on a contract basis

Responsibilities:

• Utilize expertise in Workday Talent Management to provide remote consulting services to clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their talent management strategies and objectives, offering tailored solutions within the Workday platform.
• Configure and customize Workday Talent Management modules, including performance management, career development, and succession planning, to align with client needs.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on best practices for optimizing their talent management processes using Workday.
• Conduct training sessions for client stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of Workday Talent Management functionalities.
• Communicate effectively in French with clients to understand their talent management challenges and deliver solutions that meet their objectives.
• Offer insights and recommendations based on consulting experience to improve talent management efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Fluent in French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Workday certified with expertise in Workday Talent Management.
• Proven experience working in a consulting capacity, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of talent management processes and best practices.
• Ability to configure and customize Workday Talent Management modules to meet client requirements.
• Experience conducting training sessions and providing ongoing support to clients.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members remotely.

Day Rate is flexible. We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
