Job description
Job Description: Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Workday HCM Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration and a deep understanding of HR processes. They are one of the world's leading independent asset management companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective Workday solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday HCM issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and deliver user training and documentation to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and new module implementations.
- Generate and analyse reports to support HR decision-making and strategy development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Workday HCM Analyst or similar role.
- Proven experience with Workday HCM configuration and administration.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Workday certification is a plus.
