Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Finance Data Architect to join our global client's team on a 6-month contract. This role is pivotal in driving the successful implementation of Workday Finance, ensuring seamless data integration, and optimising financial processes. As a Workday Finance Data Architect, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust data architecture solutions tailored to the organisation's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of data architecture solutions for Workday Finance.
- Ensure data integration and data quality processes are optimised and aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data models and structures.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of data architecture, processes, and workflows.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team on best practices for data management within Workday Finance.
- Conduct data migration and integration activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, providing ongoing support during the implementation phase.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Workday and data architecture to continually improve the implementation process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Architect with a focus on Workday Finance implementation.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Extensive experience in data modelling, data integration, and data quality management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous experience with global organisations is a plus.
