Time and Attendance Programme Manager
Location: Remote (UK) with some travel.
Contract Type: 6-month initial contract, outside of IR35
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Time and Attendance Programme Manager to oversee the implementation and optimization of our clients time and attendance systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce management, coupled with exceptional project management skills. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of time and attendance solutions, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of time and attendance systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing time and attendance processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, IT, and operations teams, to gather requirements, address concerns, and facilitate effective communication throughout the implementation process.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors to evaluate solutions, negotiate contracts, and oversee the delivery of services, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon standards and timelines.
- Training and Support: Develop training materials and provide guidance to end-users on the proper use of time and attendance systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise and providing ongoing support.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights into workforce trends, attendance patterns, and compliance metrics, informing decision-making and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Stay abreast of relevant regulations and industry standards pertaining to time and attendance management, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and best practices.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures, and generate regular reports on key performance indicators and project milestones.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in time and attendance management, with a focus on system implementation and process improvement.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in time and attendance software/systems (e.g., Kronos, ADP, Workday) and data analytics tools.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., Fair Labor Standards Act, GDPR).
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or related field is a plus.
Contract Details:
- This is a 6-month initial contract position, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
- The position is outside of IR35.
