ServiceNow Developer - ITSM - CSDM - SLA's - Contract

My client, a global leader in Aviation, are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This is an initial 6 month contract and can pay up to £625 per day (Inside IR35). This will require 2 days per week in West London.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in configuring SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and Service Commitments, as well as hands-on experience with the Contract Management Plugin to manage vendor contractual commitments. This role requires a deep understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management) processes, proficiency with CSDM v4, and experience leveraging SLA data within Performance Analytics/Platform Analytics to drive insights and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and optimize SLAs and Service Commitments to align with business requirements.
  • Implement and manage the Contract Management Plugin to streamline vendor contractual commitments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure ITSM process lines are effectively supported and aligned with best practices.
  • Utilize and integrate CSDM v4 principles to maintain data integrity and service mapping across the platform.
  • Develop and utilize Performance Analytics/Platform Analytics dashboards and reports to analyze SLA data and support decision-making.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on ServiceNow development best practices.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on configuring SLAs and Service Commitments.
  • Proven expertise in deploying and managing the Contract Management Plugin.
  • Deep understanding of ITSM processes and their application within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Hands-on experience with CSDM v4 and its integration into IT workflows.
  • Proficiency in Performance Analytics and Platform Analytics, with a focus on SLA reporting and insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a track record of effectively working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer).
  • Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITBM, or HRSD is a plus.
