ServiceNow Delivery Lead - Agile - ITSM - Contract - London

My client are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Lead to spearhead the successful implementation and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across their organisation. As ServiceNow Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership: Lead and guide cross-functional teams through the entire ServiceNow project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
2. Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements, providing expert advice on ServiceNow best practices and tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
3. Resource Management: Effectively allocate and manage resources, both internal and external, to optimize project outcomes and enhance team productivity.
4. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet industry standards and adhere to organisational guidelines.
5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
6. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating feedback and lessons learned into future ServiceNow implementations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Delivery Lead.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and configurations.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful ServiceNow project delivery.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
