Contract Service Desk Manager - 3 days per week onsite (Worcester)

An established financial services business based in Worcester are currently seeking to engage a contract Service Desk Manager to manage an IT Service Desk providing 1st and 2nd line support to a large stakeholder community. This role requires an experienced people leader who has previously managed teams of c. 20+ providing IT Support in an ITIL aligned service desk environment. You'll bring previous experience of leading IT Service Desks / IT helpdesks of a similar scale (minimum 15 heads), great leadership and interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus.
