Service Desk Analyst

Hybrid- York

My client is undergoing an exciting IT transformation and as such has a requirement for additional support in the team. The successful candidates will have previous experience of working on a busy service desk.

Key skills include:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Provide consistently, excellent levels of customer service.
  • Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge with other team members.
  • Strong methodical troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.

Training will be provided for the right candidate, key for this role is the right attitude and eagerness to learn.
