As a Service Design Transition Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between service design and delivery. You will be responsible for managing the transition of new services from concept through to operational implementation, ensuring that they are delivered efficiently, effectively, and to the highest quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end service transition process, from planning and design to implementation and review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service designers, project managers, and operational staff, to ensure smooth transitions.
• Develop and execute transition plans, including risk management, communication, and training strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of transitioned services, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring continuous optimization.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all service transition activities, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in service design, transition management, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess risks, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.
• Knowledge of service design principles, methodologies, and tools.
