Senior Finance Business Partner

Our not for profit client is looking to recruit an Interim Senior Finance Business Partner for 6 months to support them through a period of change.

• External / Internal reporting - Board Packs
• Responsibility for leading and co-ordinating budgeting, planning and forecasting as well as contributing to target setting.
• Proactively identifying areas of under or over performance
• Leadership, performance management and development of a team Commercial Finance Managers, all with extensive post qualification experience
• Manage Accounts (P&L, Balance Sheets) Ensure effective and proactive performance monitoring procedures are in place to deliver the financial strategy.
• Work closely with Financial Controller and Systems Accountant/Project Accountant in the design and implementation of reporting packs

• Strong leadership experience
• Advanced / Intermediate Excel - Needs to be able to automate, create dashboards
• Previously worked in a multi-site model (Retail etc) is essential
• Good communicator - will be working with principals and SLT
• Qualified Accountant
