Senior Delivery Manager, London Market Insurance

You will be responsible for five technical teams (predominately offshore), with a focus on planning, managing, and delivering multiple CRM focused cross portfolio initiatives. There is also a strong Agile element which will involve you playing a key role in the enhancement of Agile across the group.

Essential experience

✅ Proven delivery management experience gained working on cross-portfolio deliveries within global organisations
✅ Insurance experience (preferably London Market) with a strong understanding of insurance processes and terminology
✅ Experience of managing multiple teams and initiatives
✅ Proven track record of delivering technical and business changes in global organisations
✅ Extensive experience in program & project standards, governance and methods
✅ Experience of working in an Agile environment with global delivery teams

The company offers a mature flexible working policy with circa 2 days a week in London.
