Job description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Architect with a strong focus on Employee Central to join our Consultancy client on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a particular emphasis on Employee Central modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a focus on Employee Central.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive architectural blueprint to support current and future business needs.
- Provide expert-level guidance and support on defining strategy and future roadmaps to cross-functional teams.
- Oversee the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data migration and system integration.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the implementation team.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in SAP HCM Solutions implementation, support, and troubleshooting in a cross-functional environment.
- 5+ years of in-depth knowledge of SAP Success Factors modules and Employee Central.
- Experience with integrated SAP architecture.
Certifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
