Job description
Investigo has partnered with one of the most exciting companies in the FinTech space. This organisation has a global footprint, with a presence in over 10 countries, and boasts one of the most complex Salesforce setups in the UK FS market.
They implemented Salesforce less than five years ago but haven't onboarded most of their departments onto the platform, including the UK-based clients partnered under the company umbrella.
In 2023, they've seen a boom in revenue, resulting in a reinvestment and revamp of existing systems to ensure functionality is up to date. With Salesforce being their main internal system, this has led to a major transformation of their setup.
Alongside their roadmap for reviewing and re-customising the platform, they have now decided to roll out additional Salesforce products and onboard their global clients and brands onto the existing system.
They are currently in the process of building out an onshore Support Desk to serve as the backbone of Salesforce for users. You will work as part of a team, addressing bugs, understanding support tickets, solving a wide range of issues, and ensuring high user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of Salesforce tickets that do not require programmatic development.
- Communicate with leaders throughout the business to troubleshoot issues.
- Prioritize workload and provide the business with estimates on timelines.
- Complete multiple tickets simultaneously.
- Manage releases and updates to workflows.
Key Experience Needed to be Successful:
- 3+ years working in a business support role, managing a Salesforce desk.
- Experience working on a global org that is highly customised.
- Prior experience in a business-facing role, as managing stakeholders and business users is key.
- Prior experience in a role that requires effective communication with users of all levels.
If this sounds like a role for which you are suited, apply directly or email me at kyle.taylor@investigo.co.uk.
You must be a UK resident with the right to work; sponsorship is not available. This is a hybrid position, with a policy of 3 days a week in their London office - please only apply if this is something you are able to commit too.
