Job description

Investigo have been retained to support a global organisation with their Salesforce transformation. We are now looking to hire a Salesforce Business Analyst to support with the process modelling.

Salesforce Business Analyst

Day rate: 500/ 550 - outside IR35

Location: London twice a week

Duration: 6 month contract (with possible extensions)

To be successful:

  • Must have extensive experience acing as a Business Analyst on Sales cloud & service cloud, or Service cloud & Experience cloud.
  • Must have extensive experience with capturing requirements directly from stakeholders
  • Must have experience in documentation
  • Must have extensive experience in turning 'as-is' processes into 'to-be'
  • Ideally have worked on an implementation of Expeirence cloud, as they are looking to roll out the product to new areas of the business.

Interviews taking place next week. You must be UK based to be considered for this project.
