Regulatory Reporting Analyst - Part-qualified Opportunity - Listed Financial Services Business - City of London
A leading Financial Services group are currently hiring at Analyst level into their Regulatory Reporting function. Working for a high-growth business, this is a great opportunity for an ambitious part-qualified accountant with 1-2 years of experience to fast track their Finance career.

The Role:
This is a Regulatory Reporting Analyst position, with a focus on Capital. Newly created role which has been set up to support the team with increasing volumes as the business continues to invest and grow. You will support a wide range of stakeholders and cover an extensive range of products and systems. You'll work closely with a hiring manager who has a track record of supporting people to develop.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily monitoring of capital requirements for all regulated entities within the Group.
- Prepare FCA returns, including FSA029&30, and IFPR returns as well as capital returns for regulatory bodies across EMEA region
- Monitor internal controls to ensure an adequate and robust control environment.
- Drive process improvements to promote efficiency, including advancing automated initiatives.
- Provide support on ad hoc regulatory capital projects.
- Participate in capital impact assessments and forecasting.
- Serve as a role model for demonstrating the highest level of integrity and conduct.
- Stay fully aware of and adhere to internal policies related to your role or any other activities for which you have responsibility.
- Report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/or your supervisor as required.
- Escalate risk events immediately.
- Provide input to risk management processes as required.
