Are you an experienced project manager within the retail construction industry?

Are you immediately available to take on an initial 3 month project?

My client is opening a new branch in Manchester and is looking for a project manager to oversee the refurbishment of the site over a 3 month period. They are a lifestyle brand with 3 locations already, making the move into Deansgate, Manchester with a launch set for the end of July.

Details:

• Experience in construction fit out, ideally in the retail sector
• Confidence in dealing with on-site contractors to ensure project is delivered on time and budget
• Regular update and communications with client and stakeholders
• Ability to jump into other areas of project management as and when needed
• Entrepreneurial attitude with the possibility to move into another area of the business once project delivered
• 3500 square foot roughly £750k project
• Monday to Friday role
• Hybrid working
• £225 - £250p/day
