Principal Fullstack Engineer
Location: London Hybrid (3 days a week)
Salary: To £100,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Job Description
Investigo is partnered with an industry-leading technology logistical organisation, whom are currently carrying out a huge software rebuild, meaning this project will be a greenfield. This role would see you having a true impact on the global supply chain and the way large organisations move goods around the world.
This Principal Fullstack Engineer position would see you have critical involvement in implementing best-in-practice development being 100% hands-on. They are looking for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and can really take ownership of the project. They have decided to use Java, Spring, React, AWS, and Micro-services. Whilst this role would be a full-stack position, swinging toward a stronger on the back-end is favourable. You will be involved from inception to delivery of this project having a real say on all of the business's technology.
You will be the Principal Fullstack Engineer, taking real ownership of the project meaning being comfortable with autonomy is crucial as well. You will be leading from the front with your technical leadership and helping guide the team forward. This opportunity won't just affect the organisation you work for but will have a true effect on the carbon footprint of global transportation.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Principal Fullstack Engineer will have the following skills:
- 8+ years hands-on development experience
- Developing new greenfield applications taking them through the whole SDLC life cycle
- Java, React, Typescript, Spring
- AWS
- Micro-services
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Passionate about Software and continuously learning
- Great communication
