Full Time - Hybrid - 2 days a week from Farringdon, London

We're working with a world renowned International Charity that provides lifesaving aid and medical support in times of international crisis. At the heart of this organisation is it's people and this organisation are now on an exciting journey to evolve their HR / People offering. We're looking experienced HR Advisors / People Services Officers to join this evolving HR function.
This varied, customer centric role will rotate its responsibility across Recruitment, Payroll and HR Operations, upholding the full end-to-end employee lifecycle. As part of the new People Services Team, you will oversee;
- Centralised inboxes for HR, Recruitment and Payroll
- Manage the full recruitment process, from onboarding, induction to offboarding
- Job evaluation
- All employee queries relating to pay, benefits, contracts etc.
- HRIS data and reporting
- Payroll admin and compliance
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their exposure and continue to develop their career within HR, whilst part of an incredibly collaborative team and mission led organisation. We're looking for switched on, HR generalists with experience across all three of these key areas, that enjoys working in a fast pace environment and would relish the opportunity to inform change, improve process and support the professionalisation of this evolving HR / People function.

No specific qualifications required, however at least CIPD level 3 would be beneficial.
