HR Business Partner (Regional - North)
18 Month Fixed Term Contract
£75,000 + Car Allowance and Bonus
Full Time - Hybrid
3 days onsite with travel between Durham and Manchester

This dynamic, public sector organisation within the health sector are unlike others in this field. With national remit, this organisation is fast pace, forward thinking, collaborative and incredibly commercial in how they operate. With the organisation going through an exciting period of change and digital transformation, the People team are looking for a new People Partner to support their regional sites across the North of England over the next 18 months.
Supporting approximately 2000 staff across the various hubs from Manchester up, this successful candidate would;
- Be a seasoned HR Business Partner, with a strong generalist background, confident providing advice and support across the full employee lifecycle to senior leaders and line management
- combine a true blend of strategic and operational HR, adding value to key senior stakeholders within their region, helping them to identify people priorities and developing people plans and interventions accordingly.
- Coach leadership and line management on best practice, improving capability and self-sufficiency
- Support with Workforce Planning, Talent Management etc.
- Work collaboratively with Centres of Excellence across HR and wider Corporate Services.
- Have an understanding of complex T&Cs across the NHS and Public Sector
- Ideally have experience within a fast-pace commercial environments such as retail, construction, as well as time in the NHS or public sector
- Ideally have held a regional HR Business Partner role, with experience and flexibility to travel onsite, across the Northern Hubs as required, differing from one week to another.
