Job description

Our client is undertaking an exciting project to upgrade their payroll system from an in-house IRIS Payroll system to IRIS Staffology. They are seeking a skilled Payroll Process Analyst to join their team on a contract basis to drive improvements, streamline processes, and ensure a robust, future-proof payroll model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review existing payroll processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Advise on best practices to optimise payroll operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement efficient, scalable payroll solutions.
  • Provide expertise to integrate IRIS Staffology with Workday, ensuring seamless functionality.

About You:

  • Strong hands-on experience in payroll processing is essential.
  • Familiarity with Workday is highly desirable, as IRIS Staffology will integrate with Workday.
  • Proven track record of analysing current workflows and proposing practical, effective solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
