Job description
Our client is undertaking an exciting project to upgrade their payroll system from an in-house IRIS Payroll system to IRIS Staffology. They are seeking a skilled Payroll Process Analyst to join their team on a contract basis to drive improvements, streamline processes, and ensure a robust, future-proof payroll model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review existing payroll processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Advise on best practices to optimise payroll operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement efficient, scalable payroll solutions.
- Provide expertise to integrate IRIS Staffology with Workday, ensuring seamless functionality.
About You:
- Strong hands-on experience in payroll processing is essential.
- Familiarity with Workday is highly desirable, as IRIS Staffology will integrate with Workday.
- Proven track record of analysing current workflows and proposing practical, effective solutions.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
